Who are FLIK Cinemas?

FLIK Cinemas, part of the Al Mana Group of Companies,  provide 5 Star cinema services across Doha and the Middle East.

Where is FLIK Cinemas located?

FLIK Cinemas headquarters are in Doha, Qatar. We have three locations at Lagoona Mall, Mirqab Mall, and coming soon to Doha Mall. We look forward to welcoming you in the near future.

Where is the Lagoona Mall theatre located?

The cinema is located on the First Floor, next to Divan Patisserie.

Where is the Mirqab Mall theatre located?

The cinema is located on the First Floor.

How many theatres are in Lagoona Mall.

We have four theatres in Lagoona Mall; three Gold Class theatres and one Platinum Class theatre.

How many theatres are in Mirqab Mall?

There are eight theatres in Mirqab Mall.

Is there parking available?

Lagoona Mall offers free underground parking. There is also Valet Parking available. Mirqab Malls provides free parking.

Are children admitted to FLIK Cinemas?

All children over 5 years old are admitted provided they are accompanied by an adult and are in possession of valid tickets.

What ratings do our movies have?

All movies when in FLIK Cinemas are rated in line with the Qatar Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC). Each movie will have a clear rating attached to it. The guidelines are similar to the international film rating system, and divides movies into the following categories: G (general admission suitable for all ages) PG (with parental guidance) PG13 (children under 13 admitted only with parental guidance) PG15 (children under 15 enter only with parental guidance) 15+ (no person under 15 is admitted) 18+ (no person under 18 is admitted)

When do we update our schedules?

Our schedule begins from Thursday. Our new release movie listings and times are updated weekly on Wednesday.

How much are tickets in Lagoona Mall?

In Lagoona Mall, we have 4 screens which consist of 3 screens with all Gold seats and 1 screen with all Platinum seats.

Platinum Seating: Genuine red leather, 180-degree reclining seats with tables and cup coolers. To maximise the experience, guests can choose from a carefully designed menu by Fauchon Paris, offering a wide variety of elegant cuisine to be ordered from and delivered to the customer's seat in the Platinum theatre. A personalised service waiter is available at the touch of a button via a personal iPad. Food and beverage orders will be delivered on a tray service. Blankets complete the experience to ensure total comfort. Price: 150QR

Gold: Genuine black leather, 45-degree reclining seats. Price: 75 QR

In Mirqab Mall we have 8 screens.

Premium: Premium seating is the standard seating option in Mirqab Mall. Price: From 30 QR*

Gold: The last two rows of the theatre are reserved for Gold FLIK Cinema ticket holders. Watch your movie in the height of comfort with our black leather, 45-degree reclining seats. Price: From 35 QR*

*Ticket pricing in Mirqab Mall may vary depending on the movie release. For example: Standard Movies are 30 QR (Premium) and 35 QR (Gold) Big release movies are 35 QR (Premium) and 40 QR (Gold) 3D Movies are 40 QR (Premium) and 45 QR (Gold)

Are children admitted to FLIK Cinemas?

All children over 5 years old are admitted provided they are accompanied by an adult and are in possession of valid tickets.

Will I receive a booking confirmation?

Following your booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing all the information relating to your booking.

Are my credit card details secure?

All the transactions that occur on our site are handled by Qatar National Banks software systems. We do not store your credit card information on our website and all the information you enter is on the Qatar National Bank payment portal.

Can I change my ticket reservation?

In line with our Terms and Conditions, we are unable to change a reservation once the purchase is completed. When the transaction is approved and a booking confirmation is generated we are unable to process a cancellation.

How many seats can I book per transaction?

You can book up to 8 tickets per transaction.

Can I Cancel Tickets?

In line with our Terms and Conditions, once a ticket is confirmed as purchased, we are unable to offer refunds on cancelled tickets.

Where can I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets online up to 60 minutes before showtime. Alternatively, you can purchase tickets at the ticket kiosks in the cinema lobby.

Where do I collect my tickets?

Tickets will be available for collection at the ticket office or from one of the kiosks in the cinema lobby.
